This semi-detached gîte is set in a renovated half-timbered farmhouse dating from 1739, in the heart of a charming wine-growing village, ideally situated between Strasbourg and Colmar, close to Obernai (2 km) and must-see tourist sites such as Mont Sainte-Odile (11 km).
This gîte is an excellent base from which to explore the region, whether as a tourist or to take advantage of the many walks in the Vosges foothills.
The entrance to the gîte is on the first floor, where you'll find a living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge.
There is also a first bedroom with a double bed.
The bathroom and separate WC are also on this level.
On the upper floor, two additional bedrooms are available, and a cot can be provided on request.
Outside, there is a private covered terrace (see photo album).
The gîte also benefits from an enclosed green space with a swing, accessible via the courtyard, and an enclosed courtyard for parking.
Electric heating is included.
For professionals, a cleaning fee is compulsory.
Please note that the gîte is located directly opposite the church, where the bells ring from 6am to 10pm.
Tourist tax is extra.
Facilities such as a Nespresso coffee maker and a filter coffee maker are also provided.
An iron and ironing board are also available.
