Marie-Thérèse and André welcome you to La Maison Alsacienne gîte, a detached house on their property. The gîte is housed in a large former farmhouse with a total of three gîtes. Access is via a staircase of around fifteen steps. The private terrace and gîte are accessed via a staircase from the shared courtyard. On the 1st floor you will find a living room with dining area, lounge with flat-screen TV and fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge. A shower room with washbasin, washing machine and WC. The first bedroom has a double bed (160*200cm) and a balcony. Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190), the other with a double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed (90x190), the second shower room with WC. Electric radiators and reversible hot and cold air conditioning on the first floor. Access to the 2nd floor is via a narrow spiral staircase. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and large awning. Pets welcome at no extra charge. Owners' dog on site. Wine trail, tourist route, bus stop and shops nearby. Free wine tasting, cellar tour with an independent winegrower. You'll be in a small wine-growing town, surrounded by some of the most beautiful villages in Alsace, in the centre of tourist sites and medieval castles. Situated 500 metres from the wine route, in a peaceful setting. Colmar 3 km away.
