A tasty journey through the Sundgau

A typical gastronomic speciality of the Sundgau, the fried carp has given its name to a tourist route. A gourmet and seductive escapade in the south of Alsace will allow you to discover this regional and convivial dish that you can eat with your fingers! Served with a salad, chips, always with lemon and mayonnaise, fried carp is eaten in the restaurants of Sundgau. From Illfurth to Lucelle and Montreux-Jeune to Rosenau, the region is full of fish ponds from which this local product originates.
