La Petite France, Strasbourg

A UNESCO World Heritage Site

The tourist district of Petite France is known for its cobbled streets, canals and well-prepared half-timbered houses such as the Maison des Tanneurs, built in 1572.

The Covered Bridges of Strasbourg are three bridges at the heart of the Petite France district. Between the 13th and 18th centuries, there were four covered bridges on the site.

The four defensive towers lining these bridges have been listed as historic monuments since 1928.
