With its 45m² on one level, it has an open-plan fitted kitchen (combined microwave oven), a dining and relaxation area with a large closed hearth fireplace, a double bed and a shower room with toilet. Garden furniture, parking on the property. The owner provides a charging point for electric vehicles at an additional cost (price per kWh, to be paid directly to the owner according to consumption).
