Neubois is a small village in central Alsace, gateway to the Vallée de Villé. The accommodation is set in lush greenery with a commanding view over the village. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside just 10 minutes from the Route des Vins, close to the Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, Ribeauvillé, Colmar, Sélestat and Obernai. The village offers you the chance to visit the treasures of this pretty valley: hiking, fortified castles and crafts.
This large gîte, which sleeps 11, adjoins the owner's house and comprises 4 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms.
Through the door, you enter through a conservatory with a relaxation area.
The ground floor also features a living area with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge.
From the lounge you can access a family bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed. A second bedroom adjoins with 2 single beds. A shower room with WC completes this family bedroom. The other three bedrooms can be accessed from the veranda.
On the ground floor are :
- the Lilac bedroom: double bed and television, with an adjoining shower room with shower and WC and a 2nd bedroom with a single bed.
- the Rose bedroom: double bed with television and en-suite shower room with WC and shower and access to the garden.
On the 1st floor are :
- the Tulipe room: 2 single beds and television with en-suite shower room with WC and shower.
- Games room: library, children's games and laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer)
Outside, there is a terrace accessible from the living room, a garden, a petanque area, a swing and a barbecue.
Parking is available in the owner's courtyard.
