Situated in a detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac at the edge of the village and bordering the forest, everything you need to recharge your batteries in a peaceful setting. The gîte is located on the heights of the village, where the vineyards give way to the forest and mountains. The panorama and hiking trails are at your feet! Discover a beautiful and bright living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area (opening onto a private terrace) and lounge. ( deckchairs available ) To the rear, 2 bedrooms, each with the option of a double bed (180 x200) or 2 beds close together (please specify when booking), and air conditioning. The bathroom has a double washbasin and walk-in shower. For your comfort, the toilet is separate and equipped with a hand-washer, and a door between the day and night areas allows everyone to rest or socialise in complete tranquillity. Pets are welcome with limited access to the living area (additional charges apply). The owner's agreement is required for more than 2 pets. A key box is available for greater flexibility, and a personalised welcome is available on request.
