Depending on changes in the price of electricity and possible power cuts, access to the swimming pool may lead to a variation in temperature.

On the ground floor of the house you will find a first bedroom, the kitchen and adjoining dining room, a games room (pinball, table football) with sofas, a first shower room with WC and washing machine.
Upstairs are three further bedrooms and an extra bedroom (with a single bed, not included in the capacity of the gîte), a second bathroom and a separate WC.
