Charming duplex gîte completely renovated in 2023. It has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor of a house, part of an old traditional farmhouse.
On the ground floor (accessed by 2/3 steps), you enter directly into the kitchen, which opens onto the lounge area, shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. Each has two beds, storage space and a small desk.
Central heating is included.
Shared with the other accommodation, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The outdoor area includes a large garden with furniture, barbecue, table tennis, children's games and parking on the property. The property has 5 gîtes and 3 chambres d'hôtes. A tourist tax is applicable in addition.
