Just a few minutes from Haguenau and 1 hour from Strasbourg, you can take advantage of the many hiking and cycling trails. To the north, discover the military structures of the Maginot Line, to the east the typical potters' villages, to the south the spa town of Morsbronn-les-Bains and to the west the Reichshoffen lake for fishing and birdwatching.

Set in 3 hectares of beautifully landscaped grounds, the Karlsmühle gîtes offer 3 top-of-the-range gîtes in this exceptional old building, which has been completely renovated. Step into Jacques' home on the ground floor, all on one level. You'll find a large, bright living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room opening onto a private terrace overlooking the river and the dam. Barbecue, sun loungers and garden furniture are available for your private use. You also have 2 bedrooms (a double bed for 2 people in the first, 2 single beds in the second that can also be made into a double bed), a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. For your comfort: bathroom linen, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. The gîte is air-conditioned. Make the most of the magnificent grounds, which feature a sauna and shared jacuzzi, as well as a petanque area. The shared indoor heated swimming pool is open from 10am to 8pm. Private parking is available on the estate. 2 other gîtes are available on site: Madeleine (2 people) and Thérèse (6 people).
