This self-contained gîte is set in an outbuilding in the owner's courtyard. Gerstheim is a village in central Alsace, between Colmar (50km) and Strasbourg (25/30km). Ideal location for reaching Germany and the famous 'Europa-Park' theme park, 30 minutes away by car.
On the ground floor, you enter directly into the living room with its open-plan kitchen. Access from the living room to the 14m² private terrace with garden furniture. There is a separate 1st WC on this level and a small utility room.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds) and a shower room with WC.
Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard. Central heating included.
