L'alcôve des p'tits coeurs

A rural holiday cottage ideally situated in the heart of Alsace, between Strasbourg (30 minutes) and Colmar (35 minutes), close to the Alsace Wine Route (15 km) and just 20 km from Europa-Park.

Housed in a separate outbuilding to the owner’s home, the holiday cottage is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, it features a cosy living area comprising a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge, with direct access to a 20 m² south-facing terrace. A bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200), a shower room and a separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, in the attic, a mezzanine converted into a sleeping area has two single beds. (It is possible to accommodate one or two additional guests with the owner’s consent.) The gîte is equipped with reversible heating (at an extra charge), air conditioning, a wood-burning stove for a cosy fire in the evening (4 baskets of firewood provided per week during the heating season), garden furniture including sun loungers, as well as a carport in the courtyard. For your comfort, the holiday home is fully air-conditioned.
