Jocelyne and Laurent welcome you to the former school of Basses-Huttes, a small hamlet in Orbey at the foot of the Linge massif. The long history of this building is about to be turned on its head, with the arrival of tourists from all over the world in 2021! The flat is located to the side of the house on the 1st floor, and also has its own entrance. You'll also enjoy a private, sunny terrace and a parking space.
The 80m² flat is ideal for 4 people with two bedrooms. It has a living room with a dining area, a sideboard, a cosy sitting room with a sofa, coffee table, TV unit with flat-screen TV, a separate, functional, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.), a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160/200cm) with wardrobe, a second bedroom with two beds (90/200cm) that can be separated or placed closer together and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower....), a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160/200cm) with wardrobe, a second bedroom with 2 beds (90/200cm) that can be separated or joined together and wardrobe, a shower room with shower and separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. A washing machine is also available in the shared laundry room.
The accommodation is equipped with fibre but it is important to note that the telephone network is limited on site. You can be sure that your stay will be centred on peace and quiet and discovering the many hiking trails accessible from the gîte, as well as the fauna, flora and remarkable sites in the surrounding area.
Jocelyne and Laurent, who occupy the other part of the house, will be happy to listen to you and share their favourites of the moment and favourite places. Everything will be done to ensure you have a pleasant stay!
