In a large house, this gîte has a private terrace with garden furniture. It comprises an entrance hall leading to the fully equipped kitchen, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and/or Nespresso), kettle, toaster, etc., the large living room with sofa and armchairs, TV, library and dining table. Separate WC. The stairs lead up to the sleeping area, with a first bedroom with a double bed (140*200cm) and balcony. A second bedroom with a single bunk bed (90*200cm) and a double sofa bed (140*200cm) and finally a third bedroom with a double bed (140*200cm) and a shower room with WC, shower and washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking is available in the courtyard shared with the other gîte. You'll be ideally situated, just 5 minutes from the motorway, so you can visit all the highlights of our beautiful region. Close to the most beautiful Christmas markets, the wine route, châteaux, parks, 18-hole golf course, museums, Europa Park (Rust, Germany), the Rhine Ring car circuit (Biltzheim), and of course all the historic sites, including the Hartmannswillerkopf museum.
