Gîte familial du Clos Alsacien

Gîte located in the heart of the village, on one level (2 steps between the veranda and the living room). The accommodation comprises a living room with flat-screen DTT TV, and a separate fully-equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). The gîte also has a separate WC and a shower room with shower and washing machine. Outside, enjoy a private terrace area with garden furniture, several shared garden areas, a private barbecue and a shared table tennis and petanque area. The swimming pool is shared with another 2-person gîte and is open from mid-May to mid-September. There is a large enclosed shared courtyard, a parking space under the car port and a secure area in a locked barn for bicycles. A second gîte for 2 people (ref. H68G031529 - Le Petit Clos Alsacien) is also available to rent on the same site. Entrance to the accommodation is completely independent. Beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and heating is included. Pets not allowed.
