Independent 3 épis gîte for 2 to 4 people near Colmar and Eguisheim on the Alsace wine route, in the Ballon des Vosges Regional Nature Park, in the peace and quiet of Gueberschwihr, a picturesque, authentic village, Gueberschwihr combines the peace and quiet of the countryside with the proximity of many tourist attractions to help you discover Alsace and the Vosges. Parking space in an enclosed courtyard, bicycle storage.

This gîte comprises a living room with a sitting area, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. The bathroom and separate toilet complete this level. Access to the 1st floor, where the bedrooms are located, is via a fairly steep staircase. There are two bedrooms: the first with a 140x190 bed and the second with a 180x200 double bed. There is also a toilet on this floor. There is an additional sleeping area on the mezzanine floor for 1 person with a single bed (100x200). The gîte opens onto a small veranda, which in turn opens onto a beautiful biodiversity garden. Laundry room shared with two other gîtes. Starting from the gîte at the back of the garden, a path takes you through the vineyards to the orchards and then to the forest: walks or hikes, Nordic walking, running or mountain biking, numerous paths and beautiful scenery. Nearby, cycle paths and mountain roads.
