The group, stopover or holiday gîte is located on the edge of the village of Munchhausen and the Sauer Delta Nature Reserve. It's the ideal place for your festivities, but also for exploring this little corner of Alsace. Situated 40 minutes north of Strasbourg on the German border, you can enjoy walks in unspoilt countryside, as well as numerous cycle paths along the banks of the Rhine. A 15-minute drive to Lauterbourg, discover Les Mouettes and spend a day with your feet in the water. Opposite the gîte is a lovely outdoor play area with slides, swings and sports fields.

The gîte comprises 2 separate buildings and has its own private car park with electric vehicle charging point. Building 1 offers on the ground floor : - a reception area, - 2 studios with kitchenettes, 2 single beds, shower and washbasins - 1 studio flat for people with reduced mobility, equipped with a kitchenette, 2 single beds, shower and washbasin - 2 studios with kitchenettes, 3 single beds (including 1 bunk bed), shower and washbasins - 2 shared WCs Upstairs, 7 studios with the same facilities; 4 studios for 3 people and 3 studios for 2 people, again with 2 shared toilets. In the second building, on the ground floor, you'll find a large dining room with adjoining kitchen, as well as a lovely green area with garden furniture. Upstairs, there are 7 bedrooms (5 for 2 people and 2 for 3 people) with single beds and a shared sanitary area with 2 showers, 2 WCs and 3 washbasins. Also upstairs is a second living area (for up to 19 people) with dining area, fridge, microwave and coffee maker, and separate toilet.
