All these areas are entirely for your use.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy a lovely living area with a dining area, lounge, games corner and a fully equipped kitchen, which is available for shared use.
Outside, there are several areas for you to enjoy: a relaxation area and garden furniture with a barbecue. The courtyard can accommodate a car, motorbikes and bicycles and is secured by a gate.
