Cosy duplex apartment in a renovated house in an old traditional farmhouse.
On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a living room with satellite TV. There is a spacious shower room with a large shower and washbasin, and a separate WC.
The second level offers a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a sitting area (convertible 1-2 persons), as well as a second separate bedroom with 2 single beds.
Central heating is included, plus a tiled stove.
The neighbouring gîte, G194, is on the same level.
Shared facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.
There is a green area, garden furniture, table tennis and barbecue, as well as private parking on the property, a courtyard and children's play equipment.
